On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Tymoteusz Karpowicz, Reversed Light shone and sounded in the space of the Prose club. The materials of the installation were selected poems of the poet presented in the form of recorded audio tracks, where we heard representatives of Wrocław's artistic community as lectors: Agnieszka Wolny Hamkało, Ilona Witkowska, Maria Karaman, Robert Gonera, Jakub Skurtys, Karol Pęcherz, Gerard Lebik, Piotr Damasiewicz, Hubert Kostkiewicz.

With the help of the turntable, we could interact with the sounds that appeared. By manipulating the recorded material, we influence the final form of the samples - accelerating or distorting the narrator's sound. The sound ambience of the installation is combined with abstract visualizations generated in real time by lasers and with the animation of poems by Tymoteusz Karpowicz from the Reverse Light volume.

Tymoteusz Karpowicz - poet, prose writer, playwright, translator; a leading creator of linguistic poetry, considered the last great modernist, whose work ends with the experience of the Polish poetic avant-garde of the 20th century
